The results of the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work for 2015 were announced at the Best Companies Awards Celebration in Battersea on the 25th February.

Adviza has been ranked in 59th place for the Best Not-for-Profit Organisations, meaning that the charity has made the prestigious Top 100 for the fifth year running.

The charity has also retained its one star rating in the Best Companies Accreditation standard which acknowledges excellence in the workplace.

The Sunday Times Best Companies list is widely acknowledged as the most searching and extensive research into employee engagement carried out in this country. All the scores and ratings that are assessed to compile the lists are based on employee opinions. The Best Not-for-Profit list features the public sector bodies, charities and housing associations with the highest level of overall employee engagement.

The list will be published at www.thesundaytimes.co.uk/best100companies on Sunday 15th March, 2015.
