It is offered free through the National Careers Service and can be delivered in your workplace.
The 2-hour session includes an introduction to resilience in the workplace, mindfulness, team dynamics and completion of emotional intelligence exercises.

- Identify stress triggers and coping mechanisms
- Build self resilience
- Identify and utilise support
