Adviza is a registered charity that inspires and supports young people and adults to progress in learning and work. Here in the not-for-profit sector we are all about the client – and the successful delivery of our services to customers on behalf of the National Careers Service.

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills who is computer literate to work within our office in the centre of Bracknell and can work from home in a hybrid arrangement.

What do we need from you?

In this role you will be dealing with clients on the telephone, arranging appointments with them and asking for feedback on the service we provide. You will need to have a strong understanding of Outlook in particular diary bookings.

You will be responsible for updating our database and ensuring that records are accurate and actions are progressed to the relevant person. You will also perform other admin tasks to support the Contact Centre Team.

Shift Pattern for full time role 5 days a week working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, based in Bracknell Town Centre and working from home. Flexible hours can be agreed.
