• SALARY: £22,927 (depending on experience) pro rata for part time working

Adviza is a registered charity that inspires and supports young people and adults to progress in learning and work. We are delighted to be the managing partner in delivering the Building Futures programme in Buckinghamshire.

Here in the not for profit sector we are all about the client – and this programme works with adults and young people across Buckinghamshire to provide free one-to-one guidance and support to help them choose the right path to training, work experience or a job that works for them.

The programme is funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery Community Fund, so it is essential that we get this right and deliver on the programme aims. That is why we need a Compliance Coordinator who understand the regularity environment and the importance of robust evidence to back our outcomes.

  • Your ability to understand funders’ requirements and to take the lead on ensuring a successful claims process
  • Your strong track record in influencing and encouraging others to comply with our requirements - we believe in the carrot rather than stick approach!
  • Your creative thinking and willingness to adopt innovative ways of working - would be the icing on the cake!
