Adviza is prime contract holders for the National Careers Service contract in the South West and Oxfordshire. The patch is large and includes Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Bristol, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. We also look after various subcontracted areas including Dorset.

Our main volume of calls comes from various job centres around the country. This involves handling calls from work coaches all over the South West. You will need to handle the call quickly, accurately and professionally whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service. You will take customers' details and set up records on a secure database, book an appointment in the electronic diary, either Outlook or MyOffice depending on the area and finally send customer confirmation emails.

This is a fast paced role where you will need to think on your feet and adapt to each situation which will provide variety.

What do we need from you?

  • Excellent team working abilities
  • Strong administration skills including advanced knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
  • Impeccable customer service skills with the ability to manage hard to reach customers and multiple referrals at once
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • The ability to work on multiple systems simultaneously
  • Handling high call volumes and overseeing a Webchat facility and direct bookings from Webchat
  • Capable of working remotely from home and office based in Bracknell town centre.
