The role

You will be organising and delivering engagement events throughout the TVP Bucks LEP area, reaching out and engaging people with barriers to employment who would benefit from the support provided by the Building Futures project.

The person

You will have a passion for running events and building relationships with other agencies. You will have a strong flair for promotion and engaging audiences from various backgrounds. You will be keen to create and to deliver new and innovative ways of reaching the community. You will have experience of working in a welfare environment.

The project

Building Futures works with individuals to overcome barriers, as well as to support and to further develop the key organisations and partners in the network. 

Adviza is the lead partner for the Building Futures project within Buckinghamshire, which is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and The National Lottery Community Fund. The individual will be fully funded by the ESF and The National Lottery Community Fund.
