Adviza is pleased to announce that new Prince’s Trust Team programmes will launch on Monday 27th September in Aylesbury and Bracknell.

This potentially life-changing initiative is a 12-week personal development programme for people aged 16-24 who are not in education, employment or training. It includes community and team work, workplace skills coaching and exposure to new career options. It helps participants develop new skills, gain a qualification and meet new people.

Lee Teideman, who manages the Team programme for Adviza, says, “In the course of the pandemic many young people have become more isolated, with poorer mental health and lower confidence from job rejections. As a springboard to new opportunities, Team can help turn that around. I hope we give some young people the confidence and motivation to seize opportunities in education and work in time for the re-emergence of sectors affected by the pandemic.”

How employers can contribute to the Prince’s Trust Team programme

Local employers can help to positively impact the future of our young people by participating in the programme. They can offer work experience or community projects, or volunteer employees to speak to young people about the careers they offer. No business is too small to get involved.
