Adviza is the Prime Contractor for the National Careers Service across the South West and Oxfordshire region. We are interested to hear from organisations who wish to work in partnership with us to deliver the National Careers Service across significant areas of the region
southwest of Bristol including: Somerset, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall from 1st April 2019.

Adviza is a charity inspiring people to make better decisions that help them progress in learning and work. Our passion is to support those at important times in their lives where key decisions need to be made.   We aim to raise people's aspirations and motivate them to achieve their full potential.

Adviza has been delivering the National Careers Service, an Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) funded service to adults, across the Thames Valley, Gloucestershire, Swindon and Wiltshire, since 2014 and in a bigger geography including Bristol, Cornwall, Somerset, Devon, Isles of Scilly since October 2018.

We provide high quality impartial careers information, advice and guidance. Our experienced team of Advisers motivate and inspire adults through their career journey, helping them overcome any barriers they may face.  We work with unemployed adults, those at risk of redundancy and those more vulnerable with SEND and single parents, and in our Ofsted inspection we are ‘Good’ in the delivery of our provision and leadership.

We develop strong partnerships with other organisations and work collaboratively with them to support our client groups.  We work with a variety of learning providers including ESOL providers, colleges, training providers, adult and community learning to identify adults keen to develop their skills.

We are experts in our field and hold Matrix and Merlin accreditation together with other key awards for the work that we do in transforming the lives of the adults we support.
