Through our Parents Support Service, Careers Advisers are able to work through a range of concerns with parents designed to help you support your son or daughter.

• Choosing options at 14, 16 and 18
• Further Education
• Higher Education and Finance
• Alternatives to Higher Education (not going to uni, gap year, etc)
• Job Hunting
• Raising the Participation Age (staying in learning longer)
What is a Parents Interview?
It provides you with an opportunity to meet with a Careers Adviser for a one-to-one interview at a time and venue suitable for you.
Where does the Interview take place?
We have venues across the Thames Valley in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. We will agree a venue when you book your session.
How much does it cost?
A one hour interview will cost £49.00
We also have a bursary scheme. Please contact us to see if you're eligible.
Why do I need to see a Careers Adviser for this service?
All our advisers are professionally qualified with a Diploma in Careers Guidance and/or QCF level 6 in Careers Guidance and Development and entitled to join the professional register. All our advisers are fully conversant with up-to-date relevant professional training and local labour market information.
