Retain talent and safeguard jobs - ensure stability and readiness for the future by retaining and developing talent within your business.

Adviza is delivering Workforce for the Future on behalf of the West of England Combined Authority (WECA). The programme is part funded by the European Social Fund as part of the 2014-2020 European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme in England*.

What is Workforce for the Future?

Workforce for the Future provides tailored, in-depth support to help businesses plan and adapt for the future by identifying current and future skills needs.

The programme helps businesses implement workforce development plans, upskill or retrain employees, and bring in apprenticeships or work placements to drive the business forwards.

It also connects businesses with training and education providers to help shape the West of England’s future talent pool.

The Talent Retention Team: Retain talent and safeguard jobs

As part of the Workforce for the Future programme, supporting the region’s rapid response, Adviza’s Talent Retention Team provides free, bespoke support to SMEs facing tough economic decisions.

Strategic reviews and coordinated interventions will help you build confidence, resilience and agility, explore alternatives to redundancy, and seek to retain, develop and redeploy talent, safeguard jobs, and support employees through any changes.

Working in collaboration with partners, we will identify additional resources and support for you and your employees.

A Talent Retention Adviser will work with you to explore options to:

  • Retain, redeploy and develop talent, avert redundancies, and consider alternative ways to reduce costs
  • Reap the rewards of retaining knowledge, skills and expertise within your business
  • Develop deeper understanding of workforce capability, and prepare for future workforce needs
  • Maintain business stability, and prepare for recovery and growth, with an engaged and skilled workforce
  • Minimise impact on the business and employees where redundancy is unavoidable.

Work with our Talent Retention Team to develop a plan to retain talent within your business and prepare for the future.
