Adviza is delighted to announce that it has retained its excellent rating for the Merlin Standard accreditation following reassessment in late 2021.

The Merlin Standard assesses an organisation's partnership working within its supply chain. The assessors found further improvements over the last two years increasing the overall score by a further 5%.

Adviza is particularly pleased with the result as this was achieved during the unprecedented circumstances of the pandemic and lockdowns.

The assessing organisation stated:

You continue to remain one of a select number of organisations who recognise and promote sustainable excellence and positive working within supply chains.

Further improvement comments received from the assessors include:

• As well as a culture of positive communication between Adviza and its supply chains, there is also excellent Information, Advice and Guidance provided
• The quality support action plans and the measuring of customer satisfaction levels are well embedded practices
• Improved advertising and recruitment techniques has led to a more diverse supply chain better able to meet customer group needs.

Comments from supply chain partners to the assessors included:

Communication is open and honest and very timely.
They’ve been really supportive throughout the pandemic, providing support, advice and guidance on how we can deliver the service in different ways.

There were no significant areas for improvement but the report helpfully identified things to consider, for example doing more to determine the extent of the Return on Social Investment and extending Adviza’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion developments throughout the supply chain partnerships. We are looking forward to discussing and implementing these with our partners.
