We strive to deliver excellent support for young people and adults. We are continually looking at how we improve our services and the process of applying for awards and accreditations is often a good way of doing this. It also provides recognition for our hard-working staff.

We currently hold:

      • Investors in People which is a standard designed to improve your business and develop your staff.
      • Matrix which is a standard which looks at the quality of the information, advice and guidance we provide to young people.
      • The Merlin Standard for delivering excellence in supply chain management.
