Since 2020 schools, education centres and employers have been forced to adapt to a new normal. The need for remote learning and working has become a pressing concern. As such, we have innovated to provide better digital learning tools that complement our face-to-face careers guidance.

Our careers information, advice and guidance offer - Careers Guidance For You - has been developed specially for the conditions schools face today. It is flexible, adaptable and accessible to all those who need us, regardless of where they are and when they require our help.

Our effective digital-only offer allows students, teachers and parents/carers to access a comprehensive suite of online careers advice services:

• A dedicated careers portal giving unlimited access to tailored content to help students understand their options, and parents and teachers to provide support at key transition points
• Exclusive webchats with professional Careers Advisers
• An annual licence for eCLIPS, our comprehensive digital careers resource
• Local labour market information including latest vacancies
• Links to inspiring, informative videos about a wide range of careers
• Information to support careers exploration and employability skills
• Advice on options including apprenticeships and traineeships
• Details of upcoming webinars, events and virtual work experience opportunities
• Live Career Adviser-led webinars throughout the year providing the latest information on options and qualifications choices
• Regular employer and industry-led webinars and podcasts giving valuable insights into their career journeys and opportunities in their sectors
• Over 20 interactive pre-recorded lessons, complete with lesson plans, for use in tutor groups and classes.

Our face-to-face careers guidance offer 

Our face-to-face offer combines all aspects of our digital offer with in-depth one‑to‑one and group careers guidance activities delivered virtually, in person or as a blended model depending on location. We also offer a face to face service for SEND Schools and PRUs dependent on location. All SEND schools and PRUs have access to the member’s portal at no additional cost.
