Partner with us to transform lives

We are keen to meet partners who can help us change lives through impartial careers information, advice and guidance (IAG) and related careers services that make a difference to people’s lives. You will need proven expertise in your chosen area of delivery and your passion and values should match our own.

We have an outstanding track record of developing services in collaboration with statutory and voluntary sector partners and hold the Merlin Standard at grade Excellent for the management of our supply chain partners.

What we offer individual partners

We can offer individuals membership of our Associate Register of qualified careers professionals, and the opportunities that come with partnering a major careers organisation.

Adviza Associates generally deliver ad-hoc consultancy work, where they represent us by providing impartial careers information, advice and guidance to young people or adults in a range of settings.

We would like to hear from individuals who:

  • Are qualified to QCF Level 4 or 6 in Careers Guidance
  • Hold current professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Complete an Enhanced DBS check with Adviza
  • Provide names of two references
A positive two-way approach. Adviza is very open to questions and responds promptly.
What we offer organisations

Our supply chain partners help us deliver services for young people and adults without duplication. They mirror our ethos of raising aspirations, confidence and skills and helping clients to progress in their work or learning. We welcome further collaboration with voluntary, private and statutory sector partners, including specialist and learning and training providers.

When asked about working with Adviza, our partners have cited that:

  • Communication and access to information is good
  • We are open and transparent
  • We are accessible, approachable and responsive
  • We provide clear expectations from day one
  • Key workers have been upskilled

Staff have been upskilled throughout the life of the contract and as a result gone onto better things, including promotion.

The project has brought partners together and provided additional opportunities to work in partnership.
