The Prince’s Trust Team programme will launch in Aylesbury and Bracknell on Monday 23rd January 2023, and places on the programme are now available.

This fun, sociable and life-changing initiative is a twelve-week personal development programme for people aged 16-24 who are not in education, employment or training. It includes community and team work, workplace skills coaching and exposure to new career options. It helps participants develop confidence, ambition and skills, gain a qualification and meet new people. Typically, three-quarters of participants who complete the course enter into learning or work within three months.

Our last Team cohort of 2022 recently celebrated completing the Autumn - Winter Bracknell programme with a presentation to friends and partner agencies including Bracknell Forest Council, Activate Learning and The Prince’s Trust.

Lee Teideman, who oversees the Team programme at Adviza, said, “The whole Adviza team is hugely proud of the achievements of our last Team cohort of 2022. Over twelve weeks, our young people excelled at supporting their peers, embraced learning and new opportunities and developed their confidence and employability skills. These are young people who have missed out on opportunities, and who now have a much better chance in learning and work. That’s exactly what Team is about and I’m really excited to see the difference our January 2023 programmes will make to young people.”
