Adviza is delighted to be awarded the We invest in people, gold accreditation by Investors in People (IIP).

Reaching the IIP Gold Standard is an achievement which puts Adviza in the top 15% of IIP organisations. Gold accreditation means that we’ve got the policies in place but more than that, it means everyone – from CEO to apprentice takes ownership for making them come to life.

The assessment was very positive in many areas, finding that the organisation has taken on board a considerable amount of the recommendations made in the last assessment and these are beginning to have positive impacts on the engagement of the team and their commitment to the success of the business.

• People feel that communication has improved across the business
• Everyone we spoke with had a solid understanding of how they contribute to Adviza's success
• The regular CEO calls to employees continue to be well received, and is a great approach to foster a culture of trust and transparency
• Your focus on developing management and leadership development has been well received by the team
• There's a strong desire to proactively look at ways to drive continuous improvement
• Your focus on DEI is fantastic to see, with nearly everyone we spoke with aware of this being a key priority for the organisation.
