Adviza is a vibrant and innovative charity working with young people and adults to help them make the best of their lives and reach their full potential.

Our dedicated in house team of Careers Advisers provide high quality careers support and guidance to adults as part our National Careers Service contract and to young people through our schools service.

Our opportunities

In these unprecedented times demand for our services has never been higher and so we are now seeking to expand our register of independent careers advisers, who can step in and supplement our in house team when required.

We are looking for qualified, self-employed Careers Advisers with range of experience. For our National Careers service work we need advisers with some experience of adult work qualified to at least QCF Level 4 in Careers Guidance. To provide careers services in our schools, previous experience of working with young people and a Level 6 Careers Guidance qualification are essential.

We ask all our Associates to hold relevant insurance and to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
