Depending on the role that interests you, courses in coaching, sports leadership or refereeing offer ways to get started. Many of these jobs are to do with helping other people enjoy their spare time. Some involve making a living out of something you love, such as playing professional football or working in travel. For certain careers, you need particular qualifications, but the right personality is also very important.
